Trevor died on the 4th January 2024, having recently reached his 80th birthday.

Trevor was a judge in our photographic competition in May 2023 and made great efforts to support the work of Corfu Butterfly Conservation. He was a first class photographer, with an international reputation. His son told me that he believed part of his father's soul will always reside in the wildflower meadows of Corfu, with the butterflies and moths that attracted his interest over so many years. For those of us who knew this gentle butterfly enthusiast there will be a great sense of loss. For more information see: https://frederickdavenport.muchloved.com
