It is with great pride that we announce our Corfu Butterfly Survey (CBS) will come to the end of its five year mission on the 31st December 2025. Incredibly, during this time over 130,000 individual butterflies will have been recorded, from the vast majority of the island's landscape. All of this data will be used to inform the writing of the long awaited Corfu Butterfly Atlas.

However, if you have any butterfly data recorded from during the survey period (1st January 2021 until 31st of December 2025) that you would like included in the atlas, it needs to be uploaded to our website by (and including) the 31st December 2025.

If you have such data please make every effort to upload it to our website.

Thank you in advance

Dr Dan Danahar

P.S. We can't wait to share with you what we have discovered about the ecology and conservation of Corfu's butterflies.
